Let The Antlers be the first to welcome you home! Our gated community rests on 25 country acres found one red light away from I-95, or convenient to the new state road 9A. Only 5 minutes away you can find plenty of local shopping and dining establishments. We are also a short 20-minute drive to downtown Jacksonville and it's beaches, and only 30 minutes to the quaint historic district of St. Augustine. Our homes are offered in spacious one or two-bedroom floor plans designed to fit anyone's lifestyle. Some of our homes have been given extensive makeovers to feature contemporary cabinetry and countertops and white or black appliances. All of our apartments include large walk-in closets, full sized washers and dryers, interior sunrooms and microwaves, and our second floor homes include skylights.
